CLIENT REQUIREMENT

Provision of project management services through the tender and, following award, delivery phases of the RIBA D to F design for Paddington Crossrail Station.
Appointed as Package Manager with full accountability for design delivery.

Stuart Maher Limited's Contribution

Commissioned by Scott Wilson to provide project management services, specifically the Package Manager for the detailed design of one of the Crossrail Central Stations. Initially participated in the tender process for Paddington and Liverpool Street stations with the objective of winning one of them, SML's influence in the client's selection process lead to Scott Wilson being awarded the multi-disciplinary detailed design (RIBA D to F) of Paddington Station (Design fee value circa £10m).

Accountable for the discharge of Scott Wilson's obligations under the Package Order for Paddington Station, including the day-to-day management of the delivery of the RIBA D to F multi-disciplinary design, construction planning and construction cost estimating. Successfully delivered the RIBA D design in accordance with the agreed programme and established the framework for the delivery of the RIBA E design.
